Dr. Leslie C. Griffin is a William S. Boyd Professor of Law at UNLV. Professor Griffin was invited to speak at the “CLQ Symposium: The Religious Rights of Corporations in the Aftermath of Burwell v. Hobby Lobby” on Feb. 20 at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. On the symposium topic, Professor Griffin argued both the case and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act undermine religious freedom.
Professor Griffin, who teaches constitutional law, is known for her interdisciplinary work in law and religion.
