Nancy B. Rapoport is the Gordon Silver Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law. Professor Rapoport will speak on the National Association of Estate Planners and Council's (NAEPC) Robert G. Alexander Webinar Series on Wednesday, May 14 from 3 to 4 p.m. Her program, “Cognitive Errors in Group Decision Making,” will cover universal cognitive biases and how they are applied to typical group decision-making issues.
Professor Rapoport previously spoke at NAEPC’s 50th annual conference, which was held in November.
Professor Rapoport specializes in bankruptcy ethics, ethics in governance, and the depiction of lawyers in popular culture.
