Rebecca Nathanson, Ph.D. is the James E. Rogers Professor of Education and Law and the founder of the Kid’s Court School at the William S. Boyd School of Law. On March 6, Professor Nathanson presented a paper titled “Children as Witnesses: A Dialogue” at the Family Law Conference of the State Bar of Nevada in Ely, Nev.
Professor Nathanson’s research focuses on examining the capabilities and limitations of child witnesses with disabilities.
