Marketa Trimble is a Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law.Professor Trimble was recently elected as an associate member of the International Academy of Comparative Law, an organization that brings together scholars to focus on the comparative study of legal systems. More than 700 members make up the academy, which brings together comparative law experts through conferences, workshops, publications and more.
In her research, Professor Trimble focuses on intellectual property and issues at the intersection of intellectual property and private international law/conflict of laws.
