Jeffrey Stempel is the Doris S. and Theodore B. Lee Professor of Law at the William S. Boyd School of Law.From Sept. 3 through 5, Stempel will attend an American Law Institute meeting for advisors on the Principles of Liability Insurance Project. Stempel and other advisors will meet in Philadelphia to discuss the current draft of the American Law Institute's Principles of Insurance Law Project and discuss the project's future presentation to the Institute.
Professor Stempel has numerous publications to his credit, including books, treatise chapters and supplements, and law review articles. He is a 1981 graduate of Yale Law School, where he was an editor of the Yale Law Journal and co-founder of the Yale Law and Policy Review.
