Mary LaFrance is the IGT Professor of Intellectual Property Law at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law.Professor LaFrance will teach a course on the Doctrine of Passing Off in Trademark Law to law students at the East China University of Political Science and Law from Nov. 22-27 in Shanghai.
Professor LaFrance’s teaching and research interests include domestic and international intellectual property law, as well as the taxation of intellectual property.
